This newly renovated suite is situated in the heart of the city and is ideal for a business visitor. It is located next to the Republic Square, within 2-3 minutes of walking distance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government, World Bank and UN offices, HSBC Bank and the National Art Gallery of Armenia.

Located on the second floor of the building adjacent to the Marriott Armenia Hotel, this 60sq. meter two-room, two-bathroom apartment is fully furnished and has hot and cold water supply, security and fire systems, a bathroom and kitchen with under-floor heating system. Relaxation is paramount with comfortable sofa, TV, DVD, VCR and stereo with CD player in the living room. Cable television with over 70 channels in addition to local and international channels broadcasted is available without extra charge (including CNN, Euronews, Discovery, etc.). Additionally, the apartment has two direct phone lines, computer with high speed and unlimited connection to Internet and a copy machine. No extra charge for the Internet.
